$179,000 to over $400,000 depending on size and location within the community.
- What are the HOA fees and what do they include?
- Homeowner association fees are based on interior living space and are approximately .44 cents per square foot.
The fees include; guard gate, two-story fitness center, concierge, water, trash, common area maintenance, insurance
for common elements, sauna, lighted tennis court, theatre room, sports lounge, coffee and tea service, multiple
entertaining lounges, basic cable and internet, plus much more.
- Are there rental restrictions?
